Social and Dinner Cancellations prior to the cut-off date, when we have to confirm final numbers with the hotel, will be refunded in full; after that date there can be no refunds because we will be charged in full.

Please note, hotel rooms booked direct with the recommended hotels can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival date but you should confirm that with the hotel.
