Q. Is this event a Convention?
A. This is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Lions Clubs International Multiple District 105.
Q. What is the dress code during the Convention Business Session?
A. Informal-smart but casual
Q. How will I know what is going on?
A. You will receive a welcome pack at registration that is full of useful information. The Convention host committee will be on hand to help you get the most out of Convention - you'll make a lot of new buddies whilst there, too!
Q. What will I get out of the weekend?
A. Apart from the fun and friendship of meeting with other Lions, there will be a packed programme of presentations. Mainly, you will have a chance to air your views and influence the direction of your Multiple District.
Q. Why should I go, my club doesn't attend Convention?
A. Be the first! Come along and if you cannot persuade others to come, go back and tell them what they missed!
Q. I don't like Fancy Dress! Must I dress up?
A. No you don't -its casual and informal
Q. Is there a dress code for the Celebration Dinner?
A. No there is no dress code "Open neck shirts" will be acceptable
Q. Why do you ask if this is my first Convention?
A. The Council Chair welcomes all "First Timers" and their partners. The Host Committee will make every effort to ensure that you have a great Convention.
